Orders and Shipping
It depends from which City/Country our customer is ordering. Usually the package will be dispatched from HongKong. if out of Asian it can Take up to 2 weeks or more.

If you do not have an account on our store, one can be created at: https://animebjd.com/signup. It is highly recommended to use the same email that you placed your order with.

Select the order you want to change the shipping address for
Select “Change Shipping Address”
Enter your new shipping address
Click “Update Address” and your package will now ship to your new shipping address!
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.
If the order was placed via your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and entering the “Orders” section.
If the order was placed as a guest, the status of the order can still be viewed from the “Track my order” section
Most likely yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select “View Cart”, and then “Check out!”. In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the ‘Country’ pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you! If your country is not included, you, unfortunately, won’t be able to place an order. In this case, we’d suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.
Usually we will send you one package at a time, that is, only one package, if the number of items is large, we will split it into several packages and send it to your country, and we will definitely send an email to notify you!
Because every item is made to order right when you order it, your order requires some processing time. our dolls are of coustomed ,Shipment processing times take 24 hours~ 15days, We know how excited you are for your purchase (we are too!), so we make sure to process and ship your order as fast as we can.
To find out the processing time for the items in your order, check your order confirmation email for the estimate. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as we ship each shipment in your order.
Your order number will be in the subject line of your confirmation email.
If you’re not seeing it in your inbox, try checking to see if it went to your spam folder. Search the words “AnimeBJD” or “Discover” – more often than not, it’ll be in there! If you aren’t able to find your order confirmation email, go to the Order Status page to pull up your order information.
If you’re still having trouble finding it, contact our Help team, and let us know the email address you used to place the order so we can locate the order number for you!

Returns and Exchanges
We never want you to feel stuck with anything you aren’t happy with! Since our items are customed,every item is of unique, we don’t do traditional returns. However, we have a Happiness Guarantee which ensures that if you aren’t happy with your order for any reason, all you have to do is give our Help Team a shout within 40 days of receipt by emailing us or simply reply to your order or shipping confirmation email*. We’ll get you set up with a hassle free replacement or reimbursement. We’re here to help and only an email away!

What does that mean, you ask? Exactly what it sounds like. We want to be sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order, which was custom made especially for you. If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the prints, or if it isn’t what you expected for any reason, our Customer Support will gladly replace or exchange any items free of charge within 60 days. Give our Help Team a shout at support@animebjd.com, or simply reply to your order or shipping confirmation email. We’re happy to help!
Each time you order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
If you haven’t received any email updates about your order, it is likely the emails were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our site Email to your safe list. While we aren’t able to resend your email confirmation, you may check your Order Status or contact our Help team with your name and email address used to place the order and we can confirm the order for you.
You’ll also receive a shipping notification when the shipment(s) in your order is shipped. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, it is possible your order hasn’t shipped yet. Check the processing time for your order in the order confirmation email to determine when it should be sent out. Typically, it takes about 2 to 5 business days for your order to ship, but it may take longer during peak times, sales, and promos. If your order is past the stated processing time, contact our Help team and we can confirm the ship date for your order or see why your order is delayed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment(usually paypal), within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shippment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@animebjd.com and send your item to physical address.
