At Animebjd, we ship BJD dolls, doll parts, wigs, outfits, and accessories to collectors in many countries and regions worldwide. Because BJD dolls are collectible items that often require careful preparation, quality checking, customization, or protective packaging before shipment, please read this shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

If you are unsure about shipping time, customs, available shipping methods, or whether a product includes faceup, wig, eyes, outfit, or accessories, please contact us before ordering.

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped. It begins after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship the order together after all items are ready. Custom items, pre-order dolls, faceup services, handmade outfits, wigs, or special accessories may require additional time during busy seasons, holidays, supplier delays, or quality inspection.


Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, international delivery usually takes 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance, local postal service, seasonal logistics conditions, and available shipping routes.

Delivery may take longer during public holidays, peak shopping seasons, severe weather, customs inspections, international shipping disruptions, or local carrier delays.

Please understand that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will provide tracking information after shipment so you can follow the package status.


Shipping Destinations

We ship to many international destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain,Russia, and many other countries and regions.

Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to logistics limitations, customs restrictions, remote-area coverage, regional service disruptions, or carrier limitations. If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available for selected major destinations when shown on the product page or during checkout. For many eligible BJD doll orders, free shipping may apply to destinations such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain,Russia, and many EU countries.

Because BJD dolls often require protective packaging, shipping eligibility may depend on the destination, package size, package weight, order contents, logistics availability, and regional service coverage.

Free shipping is not available to all destinations. If free shipping is available for your address, it will be shown during checkout.

Please note that free shipping does not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, or other charges collected by customs or local authorities. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility if required by the destination country or region.


Destinations Not Eligible for Free Shipping

Some remote regions, special territories, islands, and countries with limited logistics coverage are not eligible for free shipping. Orders shipped to these destinations may require additional shipping fees, alternative shipping arrangements, manual confirmation, or may be unavailable at checkout.

Shipping to the United States

Free shipping may be available for eligible orders shipped to the 50 U.S. states when shown at checkout.

Please note that U.S. territories, military addresses, remote islands, and United States Minor Outlying Islands may not be eligible for free shipping and may require additional shipping confirmation.

If you are located outside the 50 U.S. states, please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether free shipping applies to your address.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, package size, order contents, and available shipping method.

If a product includes free shipping, this will be shown on the product page or during checkout.

For destinations not eligible for free shipping, additional shipping fees may apply. If no shipping option is available for your address during checkout, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm whether delivery is possible and provide an estimated shipping cost if available.

Remote areas, islands, special territories, or destinations with limited carrier coverage may require additional fees or manual shipping confirmation.


Shipping Methods

Most international orders are shipped through tracked international postal, EMS-style, or equivalent logistics services, depending on the destination, package size, package weight, and available shipping routes.

For large BJD dolls, fullset dolls, or orders containing multiple items, the shipping method may be selected based on package safety, protective packaging requirements, logistics availability, and destination coverage.

We aim to choose a safe and reliable shipping route suitable for collectible BJD items.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used for your order.

  • Tracking information is usually provided within 24–72 hours after dispatch.
  • Some tracking numbers may take 3–5 business days to show active updates.
  • Tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between countries or during customs clearance.
  • Local postal or courier updates may vary depending on the destination country or region.

If your tracking number has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. International tracking may pause while the parcel is moving between countries, waiting for customs clearance, or being transferred to the local carrier.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, or other import-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility if required by the destination country or region. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Animebjd is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, unpaid customs charges, local tax collection, or customs-related processing.

If customs or the local carrier contacts you for import clearance, tax payment, or additional information, please respond in time to avoid delivery delays or package return.


Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

After an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs fees, failure to complete customs clearance, or failure to pick up the package, the buyer may be responsible for any reshipping fees, return shipping fees, or related costs.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or has not updated for an unusually long time, please contact us so we can help check the shipment status with the logistics provider.

International packages may experience delays due to customs clearance, carrier transfer, public holidays, severe weather, remote-area delivery, or local postal processing.

A package is not automatically considered lost simply because tracking updates are temporarily delayed. We may need to wait for the logistics provider’s investigation result before confirming the next step.


Damaged Packages

We pack BJD dolls and related items carefully to help protect them during international shipping.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, we may ask you to provide:

  • Photos of the outer shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos of the inner packaging materials
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Your order number

Please do not discard the packaging before contacting us, as it may be required for carrier investigation or claim support.


Special Notes for BJD Dolls

BJD dolls are collectible items and may require careful preparation, inspection, and protective packing before shipment.

Please check each product page carefully to confirm what is included with your order. Unless clearly stated on the product page, a blank BJD doll may not include faceup, wig, eyes, outfit, shoes, accessories, or display items shown in styling photos.

Blank dolls, custom faceup options, wigs, outfits, handmade accessories, and pre-order dolls may have different preparation times. If you are unsure about what is included, please contact us before placing your order.


Order Changes and Cancellations Before Shipment

If you need to change your shipping address, order details, or product options, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has entered preparation, customization, faceup work, packing, or shipment, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Custom-made, pre-order, faceup, handmade, or special-order BJD items may have different cancellation conditions. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
