It depends from which City/Country our customer is ordering. Usually the package will be dispatched from HongKong. if out of Asian it can Take up to 2 weeks or more.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 40 days. If 40 days have passed since your receive, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Select “Change Shipping Address”
Enter your new shipping address
Click “Update Address” and your package will now ship to your new shipping address!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.

If the order was placed via your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and entering the “Orders” section.

If the order was placed as a guest, the status of the order can still be viewed from the “Track my order” section

Once an Item is Out of Stock, It can be ReStock and its Status Will be Update after ReStocking, our customers can still Place an Order if the items Shows Out of Stock Status. Our bjd doll is customed product, Out of Stock or not ,the factory needs time to prepare，we belive that quality comes first

When a customer placed an order. It remains in processing while we arrange the ordered Item. It could also changed to on hold or pending payment, depends upon the method chosen by the customer. Once the item handed over the courier person, Its status changed to shipped. Customer will get an email whenever the status changed.

Many of our bjd dolls are handcrafted, individual, and made of natural materials as such there may be a slight difference in the final product. Please bear in mind that computer browsers may also present colours slightly differently.
