Depending on how you use the website, you may provide:

A telephone number, preferred contact channel, and country if you use the callback-request form;

Accounts & orders

Account and order information

Registration is optional, and guest checkout is available. If you create an account, the website stores information needed to operate the account, such as your profile, addresses, and order history.

WooCommerce stores order information needed to process and support a purchase. This can include the products ordered, billing and shipping details, telephone number, order notes, totals, payment status, and order or delivery status.

WordPress handles account passwords using password hashing. AnimeBJD does not receive or store account passwords as readable plain text.

Account and order information may be used to fulfil purchases, provide after-sales support, address delivery problems, handle disputes and chargebacks, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Payments

Payment information

Payments are processed through PayPal. The PayPal checkout flow may also offer debit or credit card payment where that option is available.

Payment information entered through PayPal is processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. AnimeBJD receives the transaction references, payment status, payer or address information, and other order information needed to confirm and fulfil the purchase. AnimeBJD does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Do not send full card numbers, PayPal passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to AnimeBJD by email, contact form, or chat.

Support

Customer support and contact forms

Messages sent to [email protected] or through a website contact form are used to answer questions, identify orders, provide customer support, and address delivery, return, refund, or account requests.

Website and transactional email is sent through Zoho’s email-delivery infrastructure. Zoho may process the sender, recipient, subject, message content, and related delivery information as needed to transmit email.

If you use the callback-request form, AnimeBJD may receive your telephone number, preferred contact channel, country, and message. Please do not submit information that is not needed for the request.

On-site chat

AI chat

The on-site chat sends your message to an external chat gateway so that it can generate a response for shopping or product assistance. The data sent can include:

The text of your message;
Random visitor-session and conversation identifiers;
The URL, type, and title of the page being viewed;
Relevant product or page identifiers and status information;
Your name, email address, and note if you submit the chat lead form.

The external chat service also receives the network information needed to handle the request and may receive connection information such as an IP address and request metadata. Its exact logging and service-side retention periods could not be confirmed from the AnimeBJD website.

The AnimeBJD chat plugin does not write the chat conversation into the WordPress content database. It stores the conversation state and message history in your browser’s local storage so that the chat can continue across page views. That browser copy is not encrypted by the chat plugin and has no automatic deletion timer. It remains until the related website storage is cleared from the browser.

Do not submit payment card numbers, passwords, identity documents, detailed health information, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your question. For an order question, an order number is normally sufficient.

Cookies & measurement

Cookies, browser storage and website measurement

AnimeBJD uses cookies and browser storage for account access, shopping cart and checkout functions, chat, security, and website measurement.

Functional storage used by WordPress and WooCommerce supports login sessions, shopping carts, and checkout. Blocking this storage may prevent those features from working.

The chat widget uses browser local storage as described in the AI chat section.

AnimeBJD also uses a self-hosted website-measurement system. It can record:

Pages viewed, page titles, and referring pages;
Visit duration and heartbeat activity;
A hashed IP-based identifier;
The full browser User-Agent and device, browser, and country categories;
Shopping-cart and checkout interactions;
Order references, totals, currency, order status, refunds, payment method or status, and conversion events, without payment-card numbers;
A WordPress user ID when the visitor is logged in.

The measurement system uses a visitor cookie named wts_vid, which can remain for up to one year. Session cookies including wts_sid and related heartbeat markers are used for the current session.

Under the current website configuration, these measurement identifiers are set when the website is visited; AnimeBJD does not currently display a separate cookie-consent preference tool. You can block or clear browser storage through your browser settings, although blocking functional storage may affect account, cart, or checkout features.

Cloudflare may also use short-lived security cookies and process request information to deliver the website, protect email addresses, filter malicious traffic, and maintain security.

AnimeBJD uses relevant information to:

Sharing

Service providers and data access

Operating AnimeBJD involves service providers that process the information needed for their functions. These include:

PayPal, for payment processing;
Zoho, for sending support and transactional email;
The external chat gateway, for producing chat responses and receiving chat lead-form information;
Cloudflare, for content delivery, email protection, request filtering, and security;
Hosting, caching, and website-infrastructure providers needed to deliver and maintain the store.

Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. The amount and type of information processed depend on the service being used.

Access to personal information within AnimeBJD is restricted according to the permissions and services needed to operate the website, process orders, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Customers can access only the information made available through their own accounts.

Retention

Data retention

AnimeBJD’s self-hosted website-measurement records are retained for 90 days under the current configuration and are then removed through an automated cleanup process.

The wts_vid browser cookie may remain for up to one year unless it is cleared earlier. Session cookies normally expire with the relevant browser session.

Chat messages stored in browser local storage remain until the related website storage is cleared. The external chat gateway’s own logging and retention periods have not been confirmed by AnimeBJD and may be governed by the provider’s own operational and privacy practices.

Account, order, payment-status, support, and email records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, provide after-sales support, maintain security, address disputes and chargebacks, and meet applicable accounting, tax, or legal obligations. The exact period may depend on the type of record and the law that applies.

Cached copies, security records, email-delivery records, and infrastructure logs may exist for shorter operational periods determined by the relevant service or system.

Protection

Security

AnimeBJD uses HTTPS for data transmitted between the browser and the website. Backend access is password-protected, and account, order, statistics, and administrative information is restricted through WordPress permissions.

Cloudflare and website-security controls are used to filter malicious traffic and respond to abuse. These measures reduce risk, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

AnimeBJD does not claim that every database, disk, browser copy, provider log, or backup is protected by field-level or end-to-end encryption. Please protect your account password and contact us if you believe that your account or personal information may have been misused.

International

International data handling

AnimeBJD serves customers in different countries. Payments, support messages, chat requests, website delivery, and security may involve service providers operating in countries other than your own.

Privacy and data-protection rights differ by location. This policy does not claim that one single set of privacy laws applies to every visitor.

Children

This store is not directed at children. AnimeBJD does not knowingly use the website to collect personal information directly from children.
