Production and delivery
Benetia is made to order: production is arranged after you place your order. This is not a regularly stocked item for immediate dispatch.
- Estimated preparation time: approximately 1–4 weeks before shipment. This covers production and preparation up to handover to the carrier. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, and it does not include carrier transit time or total delivery time.
- 30-Day Production Promise: if the item is still not ready to be handed to the carrier 30 calendar days after successful payment, AnimeBJD will contact you. You may choose to keep waiting or request a full refund of the eligible amount to your original payment method. See the Shipping Policy for details.
- Transit time begins only after the parcel is actually handed to the carrier. Shipping options, charges, tracking, and import duties are handled as described in the Shipping Policy.
- Returns and refunds after delivery follow the Returns Policy.
